About Constance Patterson

 

 

I am an Artist//Designer who has discovered writing as a creative outlet late in life. I love combining my drawings and paintings with my writing. Sharing it with others is the purpose of this website.

I have an Undergraduate degree in Art from Beloit College in Wisconsin, a Masters in Information Studies from Syracuse University, and a Design Degree from The Inchbald School in London.

I have worked for over 30 years as an Interior Designer and have, at the same time pursued a career as a painter.  I found that by writing about what I was painting, I entered into a whole new world of creativity. By writing about what I create I have discovered that the act of writing is itself a form of painting with words.
